Parking on Site
On-Site parking available.
This is a RENTED lot. A $5 fee will be required for select events*
If On-Site Parking is sold out - There is a parking garage located at 225 N. Prince St.
*DO NOT* park on the street or in the House Of Pizza lot - You may be towed or ticketed.

Our box office is open during our posted business hours.
*NO EXTRA FEES*
*If an event is listed as SOLD OUT online (website, facebook or otherwise) it IS in fact SOLD OUT. No further tickets are available.*
Photos and Videos
Still photography is allowed; video policy varies per artist.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food is only permitted when food trucks are not on-site.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building at any point.
If you wish to smoke or vape please use the designated outdoor area.
Is tailgating permitted?
No. We do not allow outside beverages on site, and alcohol may not be consumed in the parking lot at any time.
There is a beer garden or sidewalk just outside the main entrance where you may consume one of the many delicious drinks provided to you by the Phantom Power staff.
Can we bring our kids?
THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT!
Underage patrons are welcome to attend our ALL AGES events!
For events listed as:
ALL AGES/21+
In compliance with PA state law, there will be a designated section for guests under the age of 21
For events listed ONLY as: 21+
minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend.
